German Pancakes


My husband makes this all the time – one of our kids favorites!!

German Pancakes
6 eggs
1 c milk
1 c flour
½ t salt
5 T butter
Beat eggs until they reach a smooth golden color. Then add all other ingredients. Melt butter in a 9x13” casserole. Add mixture in center of melted butter. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 450°. They are done when the pancake is up the sides of the dish.

*Finally got a picture! First time my 14 yo made this she cut the recipe in half so she used a 9 x 9 casserole dish.
